Microsoft announced that Azure Hybrid Benefit will be available for Linux generally.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux senior director, Product Management, Gunnar Hellekson, said that they’re pleased to have worked closely with Microsoft to carry Red Hat Enterprise Linux to Azure Hybrid Benefit.
